What You Get

  • $15 per hour, paid per project

  • All expenses covered. Food and travel on every shoot are on us

  • Camera gear provided. Bring your skills, we'll bring the equipment

  • Free Dove Bros apparel. You're part of the crew, you wear the brand

  • Sponsorship commission. Bring a sponsorship deal to the table and you earn a percentage of that deal

  • Apparel commission. Earn 10% on Dove Bros apparel sales you generate as a brand sales rep

  • Real creative input. We want a shooter with a point of view, not just a button pusher

  • A standing portfolio license. Everything you shoot for us, you can show in your reel and portfolio

  • First look at bigger opportunities as the brand grows, including potential ongoing or full time work

What You'll Shoot

  • Golf vlogs and on-course content

  • Baseball, softball content

  • Fishing and hunting content

  • Event coverage (tournaments, showdowns, brand events)

  • Short-form clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts

What We're Looking For

  • You can shoot run-and-gun in real environments: golf courses, ball fields, the woods, the water

  • You know your way around a camera. Gear is provided, but your own setup is a plus

  • You understand pacing for both long-form YouTube and short-form social

  • You're reliable, easy to work with, and comfortable around on-camera personalities

  • Editing skills are a plus but not required

  • Based in or near Athens, GA, or willing to travel to shoots

  • Students and up-and-coming videographers are welcome. We care about your attention to detail and your work ethic, not your experience

How It Works

Dove Bros retains ownership of all footage shot for the brand. You keep a permanent license to use that work in your portfolio. Rates, schedules, and deliverables are agreed per project before any shoot. Sponsorship commissions are set in writing before any deal closes. Simple, plain-language agreement. No surprises.

We're Hiring: Videographer (Contract)

Dove Bros is a character-driven sports and outdoors media brand built around three brothers doing what they love. We create content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and we're looking for a videographer to help us take flight.

This is a contract position, project by project. It is not a full time job today. But we're building something that will impact millions of lives with the right team, and for the right person, this can grow into a long term role as the brand grows.
